Robert P. Gonczy (Bob), President and CEO

Bob has 35 years experience in voice and data communications with Lucent Technologies. Areas of responsibilities included services, services management, sales, sales management, engineering management and operations.  He managed a sales team with an annual revenue quota of  $182 million and an engineering unit with an annual budget of $58 million.  Bob has extensive experience, training, and education in marketing, management and computer science programs.  He is an American Indian and belongs to Sault Ste. Marie Tribe of the Chippewa Indians.  Bob’s hobbies include working on his ranch and riding his horses.

Allen D. Baker (Al), Vice President New Business Development
Al has 32 years experience is operational analysis, program management, IT communications and services.  Al served 28 years in the United States Air Force and has an extensive background in government contracting, acquisition management, space operations, and National level command and control.  Al’s SNS areas of responsibilities included new business development, services management, sales, program management, and operation execution.  He has managed large and small teams with budgets exceeding 2.5 billion dollars.  Al’s hobbies include SCUBA diving, snow skiing, hiking, and writing.
